elessaa semi-truck carrying 8000 gallons of fuel crashes and burns in san francisco causing the collapse of the I580/I80/I880 freeway maze.
wtf difference does it make that the driver had a criminal record for which he has served time? his record has been clean since his release in 1999. he passed all the requirements for a hazardous materials license.
he was driving at a speed which was not safe, lost control, hit the span. his "criminal" background should have no bearing on his ability to drive.
