it was interesting as the plane was landing to look at the parched earth, slow traffic on freeways, and millions of buildings. then to walk out into temps in the 90s. i left a metropolis with temps in the 60s, of green land, crystal blue skies, polite drivers, and homes with unfenced large yards.

ten more days in hell-A, then i head north for something new and different.

working on setting up a new company with a friend whose name has cachet in both the film and fashion industry. in the next year look for cutting edge steampunk couture to creep onto the scene.

Welcome back! Though, from your narrative it sounds like you're content to escape LA. I've been in So Cal for most of my life, so moving to LA was really just an upgrade in sprawl, traffic, and — thankfully — variety of entertainment. From your description of your new digs, I can certainly understand wanting to get back to it.

And thank you for introducing the phrase "cutting edge steampunk couture" into my day. I look forward to seeing the line!

i definitely shall keep you informed. this endeavour will take a year to put into motion. we plan on doing it methodically, professionally, and with quality limited edition inventory.

i showed him visioluxus' photography. he likes her aesthetic. i hope to use her for the fashion images.
